Tommy Austin

President | Principal Broker

Thomas A. Austin founded Austin Real Estate, LLC in 1998 after learning the fundamentals as a broker at Herman Walldorf and Company in Chattanooga, TN. Tommy comes from a three-generation real estate family and initially became a broker to serve the real estate needs of family business, however he quickly expanded—taking on additional local and national clients.

Tommy has sold properties for national REITs, sold commercial, industrial and residential assets for clients, and handled real estate investments from California to New York to Florida.  On the acquisition and development sides, he has worked with regional and national tenants to control and develop locations in line with their expansion requirements.  Among these are Publix, Sherwin-Williams, O’Reilly Auto Parts, and Brink’s Inc.    

Tommy's primary focus is handling acquisitions and dispositions for his commercial and industrial clients.

Tommy has a deep understanding of local, state and regional real estate markets and a commitment to serving the community that has supported Austin Real Estate.

Andrew Austin

Broker | Tennessee, Georgia

After earning a degree in economics from the University of Georgia, Andrew began his career working on congressional campaigns, which led to a move to Washington, DC, where he served as a legislative aide. Following his time in DC, Andrew transitioned to a Nashville-based nonprofit, where he established their development program to secure funding for the clients they served.

In 2020, Andrew joined Austin Real Estate full-time and has since represented both residential and commercial clients across the Southeast, with a primary focus on commercial redevelopment and business brokerage in the greater Chattanooga area.

Stewie Austin

Affiliate Broker | Tennessee, Georgia

Stewie graduated from Auburn University in 2019. Since then, Stewie has lived in Chattanooga and served on staff with Young Life— an international nonprofit that seeks to introduce middle and high schoolers to Jesus Christ. While working with Young Life, he has also transitioned into a role as a Realtor with Austin Real Estate and looks forward to serving the community in this new way by assisting individuals and families in their real estate search.
